
Angel Hair Pasta Aglio Olio with Dried Tomatoes

Measuring cups and spoons, knife, chopping board, cooking pot, saucepan and wooden or metal spoon.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the package. Boil the pasta until nearly al dente.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic and fry it until golden brown.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté it for 30 seconds.
4.
Pour in water and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, add salt and simmer until the liquid is reduced by about a third.
5.
Add the cooked pasta into the garlic sauce and toss. Turn off the fire, add the basil and parmesan and toss to coat evenly. Allow the pasta to rest for 5 minutes for the sauce to be absorbed.
