Beef Slices with Green Peas and King Oyster Mushroom

Wash the king oyster mushroom and slice them thinly. Set aside
Thaw the frozen green peas and leave aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp of canola oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Add in the king oyster mushroom slices and stir fry until they have softened.
Add in the green peas and beef slices. Continue to stir fry until the beef slices are cooked.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
