
Apricot porridge with toasted seeds

INGREDIENTS
50g - Dried apricots
150ml - Apple juice
50g - Oats
3 cups - Low fat milk
1 tb - Mixed seeds, toasted
UTENSILS
Pan, Saucepan, Food processor, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the apricots and apple juice in a small pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Add the apricots to a food processor and blend to form a purée.
3. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat.
4. Mix the apricot puree and oat. Top with the mixed seeds.
5. Serve.
