2 pieces - Silken Tofu
2 tablespoons - Chilli Garlic Black Bean Sauce
1 stalk - Spring Onions
4 rice bowls - Cooked Brown Rice
730g - Fresh Basil
200g - Almonds, chopped
Rice cooker, Steamer, Measuring Cup, Weighing Scale, Chopping board, Knives, Bowls, Spatula, Metal Spoon
1. Spread the chilli garlic black bean sauce evenly on the tofu and surround the tofu with basil leaves.
2. Steam over medium-heat for 7 minutes.
3. Garnish with finely cut spring onions and sprinkle almonds around the tofu.
4. Serve it with brown rice for a complete meal.
