INGREDIENTS

500g - Lean ground beef


1 cup - Onion, chopped


1 ½ cup - Celery, rinsed and chopped


1 cup - Green capsicum rinsed, seeded, and cubed


6 - Tomatoes, rinsed and diced


¼ tsp - Salt


½ tsp - Ground black pepper


½ tsp - Paprika


1 ½ cup - Frozen peas


2 - Carrots, rinsed, peeled, and diced

UTENSILS

Sauté pan, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Brown the ground beef.


2. Add the onions, celery, tomatoes, green capsicum, peas, carrots, salt, black pepper and paprika to the sauté pan. Mix well.


3. Cover the sauté pan with a lid. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes.


4. Serve hot.
