Beef Salad on Pita Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 pc - Small onions, raw
400g - Ground lean beef
80g - Mushrooms, shiitake, raw
1 pc - Small peppers, sweet, red, raw
1 pc - Small peppers, sweet, green, raw
2 cup - Arugula, raw
¼ cup - Cheese, ricotta, reduced fat
4 tb - Salad dressing, ranch dressing, fat-free
4 pcs - Bread, pita, wholemeal, toasted, regular size
UTENSILS
Chopping board, Knife, Large Non-stick Saucepan, Large Bowl
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat a large non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, shiitake mushroom, red and green bell pepper. Sauté until the ground beef turns brown, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Transfer the cooked beef mixture to a large bowl. Remove excess oil if there's any.
4. Add arugula, reduced-fat ricotta cheese, and fat-free ranch dressing on the cooked beef mixture. Toss to combine.
5. Arrange the beef salad on top of toasted wholemeal pita bread and serve.
