INGREDIENTS

2 - Whole grain tortillas


½ cup - Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed


1 - Tomatoes, diced


½ - Avocado, diced


2 tb - Salsa


2 tb - Cheddar cheese, shredded

UTENSILS

Skillet, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat. Remove once they soften and start to turn brown.


2. Fill the center of the tortilla with the black beans, tomato and avocado. Top with the salsa and shredded cheese.


3. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling. Then, fold the left and right sides of the tortilla over the folded end. Roll the tortilla around the filling. Repeat the same for another tortilla.


4. Serve immediately.
