
Blueberry Chia Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Plain soy yogurt
½ cup - Coconut water
1 cup - Blueberries
1 cup - Avocado, cubed
½ tsp - Vanilla extract
1 tb - Maple syrup
1 cup - Ice cubes
1 ½ tsp - Chia seeds, dried
UTENSILS
Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and smooth.
2. Pour into a drinking glass, sprinkle with a half teaspoon of chia seeds on top and serve.
