INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Spinach
½ - Banana, frozen
1 cup - Almond milk, unsweetened
¼ cup - Rolled oats, uncooked
½ tb - Peanut butter, smooth, no added salt
1 tsp - Honey
UTENSILS
Blender, Serving glass, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into the serving glass. Serve.
