INGREDIENTS
2 cup - Rice, brown, cooked, boiled
1 tb - Vinegar, distilled
1 tb - Sauce, soy, reduced salt
1 sachet (1g) - Sweetener, powder, stevia
2 tsp - Oil, sesame
⅛ tsp - Salt, table
1 cup - Crab stick
1 small - Avocado, raw
1 small - Mango, fresh
1 cup slices - Cucumber, with peel, raw
4 sheet - Seaweed, dried
4g - Roasted sesame seeds
¼ cup - Mayonnaise, reduced-calorie or diet, cholesterol-free

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the cooked brown rice, reduced salt soy sauce, vinegar, stevia powder, sesame oil and salt in a large bowl.
2. Equally divide the rice mixture into four serving bowls. Top each rice bowl with crabstick, avocado, mango and cucumber.
3. Garnish with shredded roasted seaweed, sesame seeds, and drizzle with low-calorie mayo on top. Serve immediately.
