
Easy Cannellini Beans and Vegetable Salad with Nuts

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Beans, cannellini, canned, drained
1 pc (approx 2-¾" long, 2-½ dia.) - Medium, peppers, sweet, red (diced)
1 pc - Garlic, clove (minced)
2 tb - Vinegar, red wine
150g - Tomato, cherry (halves)
2 cups - Basil, fresh
1 pc - Small, onions (thinly sliced)
1 tb - Nuts, almonds, roasted, with skin, unsalted (coarsely chopped)
2 tb - Nuts, pine
1 dash - Salt, table
1 pinch - Pepper, black, ground
UTENSILS
Mixing bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except nuts, salt and black pepper.
2. Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste and then mix again.
3. Garnish with almonds and pine nuts on top and serve.
