Capsicum Besan Sabji

INGREDIENTS
2 - Green capsicums, raw, medium, deseeded, cut into small cubes
1 - Onion, raw, finely chopped
1 tsp - Chili powder
½ tsp - Coriander powder
¼ tsp - Cumin powder
1 tb - Vegetable oil
4 tb - Chickpea flour (besan)
¼ tsp - Salt
½ tsp - Garam masala
6 leaves - Curry leaves
UTENSILS
Non-stick pan, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds. Sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
3. Add the chickpea flour and sauté over a low flame for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add the chopped capsicums, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and garam masala. Cook over a medium-low flame for 5 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
