
Chicken and White Bean Skillet

INGREDIENTS
1 tb - Olive oil
300g - Chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 - Onion, chopped
2 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) - Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups - Spinach, roughly chopped
1 tsp - Italian seasoning
¼ tsp - Salt
¼ tsp - Black pepper
1 tb - Olive oil
300g - Chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

Large skillet, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Add the chicken, season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken turns a golden colour.
3. Stir in the white beans and cook for 2 minutes to heat through.
4. Add the spinach and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
