Chicken and Mixed Salad

INGREDIENTS
240g - Chicken, breast, skinless, boneless
500g - Water
1 pc - Garlic, clove
30g - Lemon grass (citronella)
1 dash - Salt, table
1 pinch - Pepper, black
200g - Spinach, baby, fresh
1 pc - Large, tomato
1 pc - Medium, avocado
1 pc - Medium, apple, unpeeled
2 tb - Cider, apple
UTENSILS
Cooking pot with lid, Mixing bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the chicken breast in a cooking pot with water, garlic, lemongrass, salt and pepper. Cover the pot and boil the chicken for about 10- 15 mins or until it turns white. Set aside.
2. Combine the spinach, tomato, avocado and apple in a large bowl.
3. Slice the boiled chicken breast into bite-size pieces and add it to the top of the mixed salad.
4. Drizzle apple cider vinegar on top and serve.
