Chicken Oats Porridge with Goji Berries and Eggs

INGREDIENTS
150g - Rolled oats, cooked
1 medium (50g) - Whole egg
10g - Mushrooms, finely chopped
20g - Goji berries
1 medium (174g) - Chicken breast without skin, shredded
250ml - Water

Oven, Stove, Weighing Scale, Measuring Cups, Chopping Board, Knives, Pot, Bowls, Ladle and Serving Dish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pot, add water, rolled oats and mushrooms, bringing it to a boil. Allow the
pot to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add in goji berries and chicken breasts to the pot and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Beat in an egg and mix well.
4. Remove the pot from stove. Serve hot.
