2 cup - Soy milk, plain, low fat


2 tb - Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened


3 tb - Nut butter, almond, plain, without salt added


1 ½tb - Syrup, maple


120g - Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all the ingredient in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.


2. Pour into a drinking glass and serve.
