¼ cup - Hot water
¾ cup - Dates
¼ tsp - Vanilla extract
5 tb - Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
½ cup - Coconut, flesh, mature, shredded
½ tb - Seeds, chia, dried
Blender or food processor, Bowl
1. Combine the hot water, dates and vanilla extract in a blender and pulse until well mixed. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add the 1 tbsp cocoa powder, shredded coconut meat, chia seeds and mix well.
3. Shape into balls using the palm of your hands and roll them through the remaining cocoa powder. Serve.
