Couscous Risotto with Crab, Broccoli and Green Peas

INGREDIENTS
1 tb - Butter, without salt
1 cup - Crab, canned, drained, flaked
¼ tsp - Spices, chili powder
1 pc - Small onions, raw, minced
¼ tsp - Pepper, black
1 tb - Oil, olive
1 cup - Couscous, dry
4 - Garlic, cloves, minced
1 dash - Salt, table
1 ¼ cup - Broccoli, frozen, raw, coarsely chopped
½ cup - Peas, green, frozen, raw
3 cup - Water
½ fruit - Lemon, fresh
UTENSILS
Cooking pot with lid, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil in a cooking pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until tender.
2. Stir in crabs and sauté for 1 min. Add butter, couscous, broccoli, water, salt and pepper.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil then, lower the heat. Simmer until the couscous absorbs the water, about 12-15 mins.
4. Add the green peas and freshly squeezed lemon, cover and let it steam for 5 mins.
5. Remove from the heat, ladle in serving bowls and serve.
