
Cucumber and Black Fungus Salad

INGREDIENTS
250g - Cucumber, diced
100g - Black fungus, soaked for 30 minutes, drained
2 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 tb - Mala red oil chili sauce
1 tb - Vinegar
1 tb - Soy sauce, reduced salt
½ tsp - Sugar
UTENSILS
Small pot, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Cook the black fungus for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Slice the black fungus.
2. Mix the cucumber, black fungus, garlic, red chili oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl.
3. Serve.
