Dates Pomegranate Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

2 tb - Deglet noor dates


1 cup - Strawberry yogurt, low fat


2 tb - Chia seeds, dried


½ fruit - Pomegranate, raw, peeled

UTENSILS

Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Finely chop the dates.


2. Blend low fat strawberry yoghurt along with finely chopped pitted dates into a smooth creamy liquid leaving no lumps behind.


3. Add chia seeds and coarsely blend only once.


4. Pour into the serving glasses and sprinkle fresh pomegranates on the top.


5. Refrigerate before serving then serve with or without fresh mint and ice cubes.
