Easy Bulgur Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

2 cup - Water


1 cup - Bulgur, dry


½ cup - Applesauce, canned, sweetened, without salt


1 tb - Butter, without salt


2 tb - Syrups, maple


¼ cup - Nuts, walnuts, coarsely chopped

UTENSILS

Cooking pot, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil the water in a cooking pot, add the bulgur and simmer for 20 mins with a cover.


2. Add the unsalted butter, apple sauce and maple syrup. Mix until well blended.


3. Ladle in serving bowls and garnish with chopped walnuts on top. Serve.
