
Easy Tuna Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
4 slices - Breads, whole grain
1 ½ tb - Greek yogurt, plain
1 tsp - Yellow mustard
¼ cup - Celery, sliced
4 slices - Tomato, sliced
¼ - Avocado
2 leaves - Lettuce leaves
100g - Tuna in brine, drained
1 pinch - Salt
1 pinch - Black pepper
UTENSILS
Bread toaster, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast the bread slices in a bread toaster.
2. In a bowl, mix the tuna, yogurt, mustard and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of the bread. Top with the lettuce, tomato and avocado.
4. Close with the second bread slice. Cut in half.
5. Serve.
