Easy Turkey Sandwich

2 regular slices - Bread, multi-grain (includes whole-grain), toasted
1 ½ tbsp - Dressing, honey mustard, fat-free
1 slice (1 oz) - Cheese, low-sodium, cheddar or Colby
1 leaf outer - Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
¼ cup - Apple, green, unpeeled, thinly sliced
40g - Turkey, breast, roasted, no added fat, skin not eaten, shredded
1. Toast the two multi-grain bread slices in a bread toaster.
2. Spread the honey mustard on two slices of bread.
3. On one bread slice, arrange the low sodium cheese, romaine lettuce, apple slices and shredded leftover turkey. Cover it with the remaining bread slice, transfer into a serving plate and serve warm.
