Egg Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS
3 pcs - Eggs, chicken, whole, hard boiled, regular size, diced
180g - White beans, from canned, reduced sodium, diced
¼ cup - Hummus, commercial
1 tbsp - Flaxseed
2 tsp - Lemon juice, raw
1 tbsp - Onions, raw, minced
1 dash - Salt, table
1 pinch - Pepper, black
¼ tsp - Spice, paprika
½ cup - Celery, fresh, raw, finely chopped
4 leaves - Kale
UTENSILS
Chopping board, Knife, Medium bowl
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix hummus, lemon juice, flaxseed, onion, salt, paprika and black pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Add the eggs, beans and celery. Mix well.
3. Take a big spoonful of the egg and bean mixture and place in the middle of a kale leaf. Serve.
