INGREDIENTS

454g - Farro, ready to eat


130g - Organic Black Lentils, canned, low sodium, drained


1 tsp - Macro Organic Dijon Mustard


2 tb - Lemon juice, raw


⅔ cup - Raisins, seedless


⅓ cup - Nuts, almonds, dry roasted, without salt added, coarsely chopped


¼ cup - Herbs, mint, leaves only

UTENSILS

Large bowl, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the farro, black lentils, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, raisins and mint leaves in a large bowl. Toss to combine evenly.


2. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
