INGREDIENTS

1 head - Lettuce, chopped


1 - Cucumber, diced


2 - Tomatoes, diced


4 - Radishes, thinly sliced


½ - Red onion, thinly sliced


¼ cup - Parsley, chopped


¼ cup - Mint, chopped


2 pcs - Pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces


2 tsp - Sumac


¼ cup - Olive oil


2 tb - Lemon juice


⅛ tsp - Salt


⅛ tsp - Black pepper

UTENSILS

Large bowl, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine chopped lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, red onion, parsley, mint, and toasted pita bread pieces in a large bowl.


2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing.


3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.


4. Serve immediately.
