
Fruity Oat Porridge

INGREDIENTS
200g - Rolle oats
300ml - Skim milk
700ml - Water
2 - Banana, ripe
200g - Raspberries, thawed if frozen
4 tb - Greek yogurt, low fat
2 tb - Sunflower seeds, toasted
UTENSILS
Saucepan, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the oats, milk and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer over low-medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
2. Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork. Stir half of the banana into the porridge.
3. Add the raspberries to the rest of the banana.
4. Divide the oatmeal porridge between the serving bowls. Top each portion with the raspberry mixture, yogurt and sunflower seeds.
5. Serve.
