
Green Gram Stew

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Green grams, dried
3 cups - Water
1 - Onion, chopped
2 - Tomatoes, chopped
1tb - Cooking oil
½ tsp - Salt
UTENSILS
Pots, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the green grams and 3 cups of water to a cooking pot. Cook for 1 hour until the green grams turn soft.
2. Heat the oil in a cooking pot over medium heat. Add the onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add the boiled green grams, 2 cups of water and salt. Stir to mix well.
4. Cover and and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat and serve.
