INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Spinach
1 cup - Kale
1 - Apple, cored and chopped
1 - Banana
1 tb - Chia seeds
1 cup - Coconut water
UTENSILS
Blender, Glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix ½ cup coconut water with the chia seeds in a bowl. Stir well. Stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
2. Add the spinach, kale, apple, banana and, soaked chia seeds and remaining coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses. Serve immediately or chilled.
