Ground Beef Skillet

INGREDIENTS
1 tb - Olive oil
540g - Ground beef, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
2 pcs - Green zucchini, medium, unpeeled, cubed
1 pc - Medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 pcs - Jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
3 cloves - Garlic, raw, minced
½ tsp - Dried oregano
1 ¾ cup - Black turtle beans, canned, drained
400g - Whole tomatoes, canned in tomato juice, undrained, diced
1 tb - Balsamic vinegar
1 dash - Salt

Large skillet, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef, zucchini, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and oregano. Sauté for 12-15 minutes or until the beef turns brown and vegetables are tender. Drain any excess oil.
3. Add the black beans, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Season with a dash of salt.
4. Stir for another 2-3 minutes. Dish out and serve.
