
Guacamole with Baked Pita Slices

INGREDIENTS
Guacamole Dip:
4 medium size (approx 170g/pc) - Green avocado, seeded, peeled
100g - Cheddar cheese shredded
1 tbsp - Lime juice
4 stalks - Coriander, finely chopped
1 large - Tomato, seeded, diced
1 small - Onion, peeled, diced
1 - Garlic cloves, peeled, minced
1 - Jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
Baked pita:
9 pcs (4 inch) - Pita bread, slice into quarter, baked
UTENSILS
Measuring cups and spoons, knife, chopping board, fork and mixing bowl.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the avocado in a large bowl, mash the avocado using a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.
2. Add the lime juice and mix well.
3. Add the crumbled native white cheese, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, tomato, onion and garlic. Stir to combine.
4. Transfer to a dipping bowl and serve with the baked pita bread slices.
Notes:
1. Guacamole can be used as a dip, condiment or salad ingredient.
