INGREDIENTS
150g - Cabbage, finely shredded
1 - Carrot, grated
2 - Spring onions, finely chopped
2 tb - Yogurt, low fat
4 - Wholemeal pita breads
4 slices - Ham, roasted
1 pinch - Ground black pepper
20 - Cherry tomatoes
½ - Cucumber, sliced
UTENSILS
Bowl, Toaster, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the cabbage, carrot, spring onions and yogurt in a bowl. Stir together. Season with the black pepper.
2. Warm the pita breads in a toaster. Split them open and stuff each piece of bread with a slice of ham and 2 tablespoons of coleslaw.
3. Serve each pita bread with the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
