
Japanese Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - White cabbage, shredded
1 cup - Red cabbage, shredded
1 cup - Carrot, grated
1 tsp - Brown sugar
2 tsp - Soy sauce, reduced salt
2 ½ tb - Rice vinegar
1 - Spring onion, finely chopped
3 tb - Sesame dressing
UTENSILS
Mixing bowls, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the brown sugar, reduced salt soy sauce, rice vinegar, spring onion and sesame dressing in a bowl for the dressing. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Combine the shredded cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Pour in the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
3. Serve.
