Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup - Kale leaves
½ cup - Mango chunks, frozen
½ cup - Pineapple chunks, frozen
1 - Ripe banana
¾ cup - Low fat milk
¼ cup - Greek yogurt, plain
5 - Ice cubes
UTENSILS
Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into the serving glasses. Serve.
