INGREDIENTS

½ cup - Oats


½ cup - Low fat milk


1 - Egg


1 tb - Vegetable oil


2 - Ajwa dates


1 pinch - Salt


1 pinch - Pepper


1 - Jaggery candied walnut, chopped

UTENSILS

Chopping board, Knife, Non-stick frying pan

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Soak the oats overnight in the milk in a covered bowl.


2. The next day, pit and chop up the Ajwa dates.


3. Heat a small frying pan and drizzle the oil in.


4. Add the Ajwa dates into the pan and fry gently.


5. Crack the egg into the pan and allow it to cook. Season with salt and pepper.


6. Remove from the heat.


7. Take out the oats from the refrigerator and give them a good stir. Slide the fried egg onto the oats and top with the chopped jaggery candied walnut. Serve.
