INGREDIENTS

2 tb - Rolled oats, quick cooking


1 tb - Almonds, with skin, roasted and unsalted, coarsely chopped


1 tb - Wheat bran


25g - Persimmons, dried, coarsely chopped


1 cup - Soy milk, plain, low fat

UTENSILS

Saucepan, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the soy milk in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.


2. Add the rolled oats and wheat bran and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.


3. Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped almonds and persimmons on top. Serve.
