Laban With Dates and Chia Seed

INGREDIENTS
1 pack (approx. 120ml) - Plain yoghurt
½ cup - Water
1 tbsp - Chia seeds
Pinch - Salt
4 pcs - Ice cubes
10 pcs - Mint leaves
1 pc - Medjool dates, pitted
UTENSILS
Blender, Drinking glass
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak the chia seed in water for about 20 minutes.
2. Pour chia water mixture, yoghurt, salt, mint leaves (except two pieces), ice cubes and dates into the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Serve in a drinking glass and garnish with the two remaining mint leaves on top.
