Lettuce Salad with Guacamole Dressing

INGREDIENTS
1 - Avocado, medium
4 tb - Lime juice
¼ cup - Water
2 tsp - Cayenne pepper sauce
½ tsp - Salt
1 - Tomato, medium, finely chopped
4 cups - Romaine lettuce, shredded
½ cup - Coriander (cilantro) leaves, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp - Spring onions, chopped
UTENSILS
Large bowl, Blender, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Spoon the avocado flesh into the blender. Add the lime juice, water, pepper sauce and salt. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer the dressing to a large bowl. Add the chopped tomato, lettuce, cilantro and spring onions. Toss to coat.
3. Serve.
