INGREDIENTS
150g - Longevity noodle
4 - Shiitake mushrooms, soaked and sliced
100g - Cabbage, sliced
50g - Carrot, shredded
50g - Coral lettuce, sliced
1 tsp - Garlic, chopped
2 - Red onions, sliced
2 - Eggs, slightly beaten
1 tb - Cooking oil
Seasonings
½ tsp - Salt
½ tsp - Sugar
½ tb - Oyster sauce
UTENSILS
Wok, Pot, Colander, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Add the longevity noodle and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles using a colander.
2. Heat up a wok with the cooking oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
3. Add the eggs and stir fry to break them into small pieces.
4. Add the mushroom, cabbage, carrot and coral lettuce to the wok. Stir-fry until they are half cooked.
5. Add the noodles and the seasonings. Continue to stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined and completely cooked through.
6. Serve hot.
