Mango Chia Frozen Yogurt

400g - Diced Frozen Mango
2 ½ (6 oz) container - Silk vanilla soy yogurt
2 ½ tb - Dry chia seeds
¼ cup - Herbs, mint
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.
2. Serve immediately. You may also freeze the mixture for 1 hr or more if you prefer firmer consistency.
