INGREDIENTS

1 pc - Medium banana, fresh, cavendish, slice into halves lengthwise


¼ cup - Mixed berries, frozen


½ cup - Ice creams, vanilla, light, no sugar added


2 tb - Nuts, pistachios, roasted, unsalted, finely chopped

UTENSILS

Dessert Plate, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Arrange the banana on a dessert plate.


2. Place scoops of ice cream between the banana.


3. Top with frozen mixed berries and chopped pistachios and serve.
