
Mixed Mushrooms Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
2 tsp - Olive oil
2 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 pc - Onion, minced
6 pcs - Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced into 1 cm thickness
2 pcs - Portabella mushrooms, stems removed and sliced into 1 cm thickness
1 cup - Oyster mushrooms
6 tb - Sour cream, fat-free
30g - Beef broth, less sodium
1 dash - Salt
1 pinch - Black pepper
200g - Multigrain rice
UTENSILS
Saucepan, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until caramelized.
2. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the fat-free sour cream and chicken broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Simmer for 1 minute. Dish up and serve with cooked multigrain rice.
