INGREDIENTS

1 - Banana


10 nuts - Almonds


1 cup - Blueberries


½ cup - Rolled oats


2 tsp - Chia seeds


1 cup - Low fat milk


½ cup - Ice cubes

UTENSILS

Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.


2. Pour into the serving glasses. Serve.
