
Oatmeal Chia Bowl

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Rolled oats
2 cups - Low fat milk
1 tb - Chia seeds
½ tsp - Cinnamon
½ cup - Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
1 - Banana, sliced
1 tb - Peanut butter
UTENSILS
Saucepan, Bowls, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Divide into two bowls.
2. Top each bowl with banana slices, berries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
3. Serve.
