INGREDIENTS
100g - Paneer tikka, leftover
4 pcs - Multigrain wraps
4 tb - Yogurt, low fat
½ - Cucumber, sliced
1 - Tomato, sliced
4 pcs - Lettuce leaves
2 tb - Cilantro leaves, chopped
UTENSILS
Microwave, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Warm the multigrain wraps in a microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
2. Spread a tablespoon of yogurt on each wrap.
3. Place lettuce leaves on the lower half of the wrap. Add the paneer tikka, sliced cucumber and tomatoes on top of the lettuce leaves.
4. Roll the wraps tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
5. Garnish the paneer tikka wraps with cilantro leaves and serve.
