Peach Chia Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup - Peaches, peeled and diced, frozen
½ cup - Soy yogurt, vanilla
½ cup - Low fat milk
1 tb - Chia seeds
UTENSILS
Blender, Small bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, add the chia seeds and milk. Stir well, let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Blend the peaches and yogurt until smooth.
3. Add the soaked chia gel to the peach yogurt puree. Mix well.
4. Serve.
