
Peach Oatmeal Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Peaches, pitted and chopped
1 - Banana
½ cup - Rolled oats
1 cup - Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tb - Chia seeds
1 tb - Honey
UTENSILS
Blender, Glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix ½ cup almond milk with the chia seeds in a bowl. Stir well. Stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
2. Add the peaches, banana, oats, soaked chia seeds, honey, and remaining almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses. Serve immediately or serve chilled.
