INGREDIENTS
1 pc - Persimmon, ripe, slice into wedge
30g - Raspberry, frozen
3 tsp - Flaxseed
¼ cup - Yoghurt, soy based, vanilla flavoured, reduced fat (1% fat)
60g - Ice cubes
1 sprig - Herbs, mint
UTENSILS
Blender
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse it until smooth.
2. Transfer to a drinking glass and garnish it with a mint sprig on top and serve.
