INGREDIENTS
3 cup - Spinach, raw
1 cup - Pineapple, fresh, cubed
1 pc (6" to 6-7/8" long) - Bananas, small, raw
1 cup - Soy milk, plain, low fat
120g - Ice cubes
1 tsp - Flax seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve in a drinking glass.
