Pork with Broccoli and Bulgur

INGREDIENTS
300g - Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 cloves - Garlic, minced
2 tsp - Olive oil
1 ½ cups - Water
100g - Bulgur, fine-grain, dry
⅛ tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Lemon peel
1 tsp - Sage, ground
2 cups - Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
UTENSILS
Large non-stick saucepan with lid, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pork and garlic. Sauté for 4 minutes.
2. Add the water, bulgur, salt, lemon zest and sage. Arrange the broccoli on top and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat to simmer, cover and continue to simmer for 10 minutes or until the broccoli and bulgur are tender.
4. Dish up and serve.
